The Department of Transport chart for our stretch of coast, Alkimos down to Port Kennedy taking in Cockburn Sound, Gage Roads, Rottnest and Garden Island. Worth a look before you plan a day outside the river.

2 Metres And 20 Knots
Our boats go out when the swell is 2 metres or under and the wind is 20 knots or under. If the forecast breaks either of those we move your booking at no cost, no argument, a bad day on the water is not a day out.
Once you are out there, keep an eye on it. If the weather turns, head back to shelter or to the ramp.
